At this point, the screen goes black with background sound. Fails with Vulkan and OPENGL.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Oreo 8.0.0 Exynos.

Have you verified the disc CRC? Does this also happen on other platforms, such as Windows?

How do I check the CRC?
I tried and without tricks (infinite life + infinite ammo) and getting to that point goes black.
You can use tools like these, but it's generally easier to do on a desktop:

You can also see other user's CRCs. It looks like there are a lot of bad rips floating around - I'd suggest ripping it again from your disc if possible, but if your CRC matches 2477F41C, EB35E3D6, or 4177DE49 you're probably using a good disc. Anything else means you have a bad disc.

Unfortunately I do not have that game in UMD, i mean original and therefore I can not make a perfect copy. So I have had to download it from the Internet.

Sounds like this isn't a bug in PPSSPP but is a problem with your copy of the disc. We can't really help you if you no longer have the original disc. That said, depending on where you live, it looks like there are used versions of the game available for purchase fairly cheap in some regions.
I'm going to close this issue. If you find that exactly the same issue happens even with a good iso, then comment here and we'll reopen.

I just tested it on two smartphones (Samsung Galaxy NOTE 8 SM-N950F Exynos and Alcatel 3 2019) and on both of them it gives the same problem. Getting to that point the screen stays black with sound. Clearly it is the problem of the emulator, because I have already tried different iso's both EUR and USA and at all it gives exactly the same problem.

Ok finally reach the area of the black screen and guess what I can also reproduce this in software rendering.

The dump renders fine until the very last moment when it just draws a solid black untextured triangle all over the screen. Vertex color is 0,0,0,1 and src/invsrc alpha blending, so it indeed just turns black. Bizarre! Might be a CPU-side bug of some sort, hard to say...

I tried the Europe region of this game still no luck tried also different settings and compat.ini :(
In that case we should probably be looking at logs for Mpeg/Psmf issues rather than the frame dumps.
