Workaround for unstable framerate on MC 3?
I want to know if there's or if it's possible to make a feature that fix the Midnight Club 3 unstable framerate. If you simply play the game with default CPU clock (0), it will have a lot of stutter, varying between 30 and 60 FPS cap all the time, which is a pain for racing games. I discovered a workaround which worked a little better that is to use low clocks such as 150, 160, but sometimes there's still some stutters (the game runs with 30 FPS cap, but changes the FPS cap to 60 or most commonly to 20 sometimes). Maybe it needs something to be made in the emulator itself to avoid that. For MC Los Angeles there's a CWCheat that fix the FPS cap to 30 or 60, but I didn't found for the MC 3. The only way to have stable framerate would be to play at 333 clock, which will cap the FPS to 60, but my phone in unable to run the game at constant 60.
What frame rate does it get on a PSP? There are plugins for CFW that can show it.

@GuilhermeGS2 no feedback/outdated?
I got a stable 60fps using cpu clockspeed 333mhz
But the default cpu clockspeed 0 I got a 30-40+ fps depends on the area 🤔
Hm. Might be a case for adding a compat.ini option to force 333Mhz if set to default, as the experience is gonna be way better this way.
@Gamemulatorer This is why this game needs a powerful android device. Use 1x resolution when this helps.
Settings emulated cpu clockspeed to 666mhz makes the game stable @60fps
