README and doc/cmp.txt are out of sync

Hi,

I'm a new user and trying to configure nvim-cmp. I noticed that the example config in the README does not match the config in doc/cmp.txt. I think it would be helpful if they were the same. For new users, configuring nvim-cmp can already be a bit difficult, then it's nice if they have clear documentation.

An easy solution is to remove the config from the README and link to doc/cmp.txt instead. For users it is only one more click, and for the developers it removes the task to keep both files up-to-date.

Otherwise, if the default config should stay part of the README, it would be great if they will be always kept in sync. Easier for the user, but more work for the developers.
