httpbin.org has fixed URL. pytest-httpbin has currently random port until https://github.com/kevin1024/pytest-httpbin/issues/24 is fixed. This might turn to be a problem (not sure yet).

I meant with URL based matchers.

In Fedora, this seems to be [caused by the difference between libxml2 2.9.10 and 2.9.12](https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/10344161).

I think Debian needs to adapt this change: https://github.com/deadsnakes/python3.10/commit/9b93d7313255aa00f018ab364d25719056386a12 -- what is the best channel to let them know? More specifically: ```python _INSTALL_SCHEMES['venv'] = _INSTALL_SCHEMES['posix_prefix'] ```
