Request: Start Radio Station

Is it possible to add a command to start artist/track radio stations? It's one of my favorite Spotify features and seems to be unsupported in ncspot at the moment.

I would also like to start the "Made for you" (including "Daily Mix") radio stations if possible. "Album Picks" and "New Releases" would be cool to get access to as well. These (in addition to "start artist/track radio") are pretty much the only features I use that I can't use within ncspot for now.

I just want to mention that, looking for this feature, I noticed all my existing radio stations show up under 'playlists'. So as a possible workaround one could create the song / artist radio (that is 'follow' it) in the official client or the web client and then start listening in ncspot.

This is kinda-sorta supported for track radio stations by https://github.com/hrkfdn/ncspot/issues/186. You highlight a track, hit o, highlight "Similar tracks", and hit Enter.
