Playlists that contain podcasts return 0 tracks

Describe the bug Playlists that contain podcasts return 0 tracks. Once the podcast is removed from the playlist tracks populate correctly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a podcast to a working playlist
  2. Restart ncspot
  3. Go to playlists tab, notice 0 tracks

Expected behavior Expect to see all tracks.

Thanks! It looks similar to this https://github.com/ramsayleung/rspotify/issues/477. Either way, it's probably something that needs to be fixed on rspotify level.
