[Feature Request] Hide email field option on Create Account page when email requirement disabled

If the setting "Require on sign-up" under Email is disabled, there should also be an option for disabling the field on the Create Account page.

I don't want to collect email addresses, so I don't even want the possibility for someone to input this into the Create Account page.

A checkbox for "Hide email field on Create Account page" when "Require on sign-up" is deselected would be nice, and it would just hide the input field on the Create Account page.

I second this request as i, too, don't want or need email addresses.

Apologies, I obviously meant to do this and completely forgot about it. I added a "collect on sign-up" option in a7aa3fd by accident when committing some other changes, and no functionality has actually been implemented. I will get to this soon
