[Feature Request] Welcome tutorial/introduction page

It would be nice to be able to create some tutorials for the user. They would be shown after creating an account, like in Wizzarr. Simple pages, editable with HTML.

Would a customizable message card popup, much like those on the my account page, do for this?

commit dabef83 adds customizing the "success message" card with markdown (and probably HTML, I think the parser allows some), is that enough? You can adjust it in the message editor dialog in settings.
