Referrals don't work unless user has Access jfa-go

Describe the bug

The referrals section in the new User Page/"My Account" doesn't work unless the user has access to jfa-go

To Reproduce

Enable referrals for a user and go to the /my/account page logging in with that user, the referrals tab will not be there
