Font control on remote sessions

As we know, RStudio server doesn't allow users to choose their editor font. I've noticed that RSwitch when opening remote session has a font menu. At present it doesn't seem that I am able to adjust the font and wasn't sure whether the font menu was explicitly intended for the selection of fonts + size in the editor, console or terminal windows.

Is it possible to change the editor font for remote sessions using RSwitch?
