Stop using Traefik to front Mosca service

Currently the myhero-mosca service is deployed in a mode where it is proxied through traefik. This is unneeded and a security risk. "app" and "ernst" already leverage consul to connect to the service, so simply need to update the application to NOT use traefik in its definition.
