Contribution drops by over 30%
My contribution and revenue are dropping by over 30%, but all miners are running fine. I have not found any error messages in the log files. I am using version 1.4.0 (build 2) on all miners and restarted all miners, but nothing brings me back to 100TB. I'll wait a day but think I'll go back to solo mining.
https://hpool.com/center/machine <- shows me the correct online power in TB
me Contribution drops by over 30%
It drops again. I become with this f....ing drops only 0,26XCH/PB from 0,32XCH/PB last days. No support from hpool. All miners running great an i cant find the failure. Logs look ok. All plots checked. I think hpool grabs extra money from each. ;)
Also seeing this. I have three miners and suddenly one miner is missing about 6TB (down from 20TB) in plot files. Restarting didn't help, nothing in the logs.

OK, in my case it was a problem in my system. I have hpool running on OpenMediaVault using a mergerfs with several USB-HDDs attached. On of the USB-HDDs failed due to temperature issues, but mergerfs still showed full capacity. A complete powerdown helped, while a reboot did not.
same issue here, no actual help from the devs
Have same issue too. Online miner show up full space. On;line plot not.
The problem is due to these 2 factors:
- Currently, at least for me, I have to use the miner version 1.4.1. Otherwise, my plots won't go online. I messed around with 1.4.0 but it's no use. Please upgrade to 1.4.1.
- If I want to add plots to the miner, I will have to stop the miner in my machine first and wait until it goes offline (around 30 mins), then I also delete this offline miner on the web. After that, I can add plots to the miner and then start the miner again. It seems their backend is broken currently. If you add plots while your miner is still online, your signed plots will go down in number and they will be stuck there no matter how many plots you added later on.
same here!
no support from hpool. sent them 3 emails.

no that's got nothing to do with what you said. my miners worked perfectly good for a week then dropped. no new plots added at all.

Same here. I'm having to recurrently restart it to make it come back to the "correct" plot sum.
Something that is working for me is scheduling Hpool miner to close itself and open again in every 30 minutes. Since I use MacOS, I created an automator "RebootHpoolMiner.app" for that and then I call it via a crontab job.
$ crontab -l
*/30 * * * * open /Applications/Reboot-Hpool.app/
did anyone manage to resolve this crap!!??!?!?!? I have to reset miners every day. that's pretty fucked up!
