Pleases help me too ) I write letter to [email protected] and [email protected] at 09.06.21. I update/flashed my phone on which Google Aunthificator was installed. Unfortunately, I forgot to save the QR code. Plz unbind Google Authenticator from my account. I have access to my account now. I can verify my account using sms code and login/password My Hpool login is [email protected]. Phone +7 9173754953.

1. solution: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/google-authentication-failure.html

2. solution: Check your timezone and device time. PC time and mobile device time must be sync! and apply again first solution.

3. solution: Use China local time all devices and apply again first solution.
