Hpool 2FA Google Authentication!!!
No Reset Option on Hpool Security part for 2FA Authentication. I don't think so you missed this function to support and helped people. This is totally a Trap that you make to hurt clients. While System works correctly and programmed with good engineering. It cannot be correct to missing these small details
Moreover, I sent hundreds of emails (also a lot of people sending messages about it and you know everything definitely), and no one answering!!! If you don't care to support people please update your system to fix our problems with ourselves. This cleverly traps to hurt people and fraud it.
I Start Transfer plots from Hpool to core-pool.com. You don't need to exclude directories, 0.05 withdrawal automatically, any wallet you can use like Binance, gate.io, or direct chia wallet. and the best thing is immediately you geting support
Aswell I have the same problem, i can not get the GA vode. I wrote bunch of emails and still nothing. .013 xch blocked on my account. Any idea how to withdraw from hpool.
A week later they helped and solved the issue, I hope they would do more flexible and easy methods/modifies next time
they generally answer around 12:00 (GMT +2) I followed to reply/sent messages to catch them. probably they don't care other emails sent in other times if not around 12:00

I have the same problem. I lost access to my cell phone and I can no longer use google authentication I would like to unlink to register a new one

@vaalimusic @hugofaria8 @skypro1111 @Honoratorj I can share my "success". I joined their Discord and connected with admins. They helped me to unbind 2FA. Working way.

I achieved. do the following:
1 - Send an email to: [email protected]
Title of EMAIL: unbind the google authentication 2FA
message in email: I change my cell phone and I can no longer use google authentication
YOU EMAIL IN THE HPOOL
Can someone help me to unbind the google authentication 2FA?
2 - Go to hpool's discord en join send the same mensagem in the welcome channel and add this guy " Saiyuki#4309 "as a friend and send the same message to him in discord.
