One universal filter configuration to run on all datasets sequentially

Hi team, Is there a way to use one universal filter json file that can be used to run on all datasets in the train-parts directory? Right now, it seems we need to run it once for each dataset? I would like to apply a universal filter on all my datasets? Thanks
