conda install --channel johannr scitools does not work

Typing "conda install --channel johannr scitools" into the terminal gives me:

You can search for this package on anaconda.org with

anaconda search -t conda scitools

No issues with the command it worked on my UbuntuMATE 16.04 LTS.
