[Feature] - Setup args to the Pharo VM

Hi, I'm on gitlab and I need to setup the VM with additionnaly args. i.e. --logLevel=5. I search but not found args support on /pharo/run.sh, do you have a solution? I can send a PR to add this feature.

We currently don't have support for user supplied VM args. A PR would be great.
