Coveralls does not take Traits into account

I have a project with a lot of Traits and I tried to enable coveralls on it.

The result does not seem really relevant because I have the impression Traits are not counted on the coverage.

IMO Traits should be counted in the LOC to cover and a method should be considered cover if a user of the Trait has the method covered.

This is similar to #424. Does Pharo's coverage tool support traits? If yes, how does it support them? SCICodeCoverage needs to be extended accordingly, contributions are welcome! :)
