`addSandblocksDefault` does not work in some tools

only the first method is displayed, regardless of the selection

• change sorters
• MsrRecordBrowser

if no method is selected, sandblocks displays a nil block

• message names
• dependency browser
• protocol browser
• time profile browser

browsers

• after category/package was unselected, the template still shows the previously selected category
• ? button is not respected/class comment/hierarchy are not displayed

unsupported tools that still display the text in traditional textual form

• change list (recover changes)
• MC tools such as snapshot browser
• process browser
• debugger
• versions dialogs/diffs in general
