Refactor display methods of Scamper

The methods displayImagePage:, displayPlainTextPage: and processDocument: in Scamper are not working anymore. Are you able to change the lines accessing the two variables formattedPage and backgroundColor? In addition, the accessors are useless (also formattedPageSelection) and the step-method has errors.

If the transcript is opened during the installation of a SAR, any problems found will be displayed there. This can be used as a clue for refactoring:
