Round brackets get printed bold when closing a bracket

User story

• As an Algernon user, I would like to have my input printed in a consistent way, in order to speed up development time.

Issue

• when one runs Algernon and enters an opening round bracket and a closing round bracket, the first brackets gets bold. Anything you type directly after the opening round bracket will be also bold

Reproduction

• open Algernon as usual
• type e.g. "=" keyword
• write "(" and ")"
• enjoy the uneven boldness

Temporary workaround

• delete your input and reopen algernon
