Should this book offer a compact/exhaustive overview of keyboard shortcuts on one page? At the moment, we have - the "keyboard shortcut(s)" index, but it does not mention the shortcuts...
I have been finding myself repeatedly waiting for my latex compiler to complete too many times:  Maybe it would be worth the effort to fix this build option again....
