Problem connecting to the HPI database in App.

Describe the bug Problem connecting to the HPI database from the App. After the server starts, the loading screen is shown constantly. Possibly, it is due to the caching behavior of the Chrome browser.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run melos run app
  2. View in the Chrome browser.
  3. See error

Expected behavior After the server is started it is shown directly connect to the homepage of the App.
