Export & Import (full & partial)

Trainers should be able to export either

• [x] the current state...
  • [x] without the action history (= snapshot)
  • [x] with action history and initial state,

or any combination of

• [ ] the existing viewports,
• [ ] the patient templates,
• [ ] the vehicle templates,
• [ ] the mapImage templates, and
• [ ] the tileMapProperties.

When importing such an export

• [x] a new exercise should be created when the state is included, or
• [ ] for the other points offer overriding or appending existing data.

There must be something to handle id clashes.
