SMUI needs a drag handle component.

A drag handle component.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Drag.. bar? Drag region? Idk, just a handle the user can grab to drag something.

Additional context

I know m3 has one. I don't know about m2. Maybe I can just rip off m3's handle design.
