Added layout I personally use. This is a continuation off of #78 so can be edited if need be.

There is bunch of unrelated changes, they look like from automatic code formatter. You can see them if you look at the PR diff view.

Please don't commit code style changes to code unrelated to this PR, it'll both mess up git blame history and also make it hard to validate what has actually changed or not.

It's probably easier to do a fresh branch from my master and re-apply the functional changes again.
