Describe the feature

Please create wheel for windows. other tools like deep speed, detectron2, pytorch3d, triton have started to provide wheel for Windows users.

Because of this tool we Windows users are unable to use some Ai tools which use this library. One such tools is https://github.com/hpcaitech/Open-Sora
