tce ddt bug

I get the following output when running the pavilion tce ddt test, however it seems to work fine when I allocate 2 nodes, cd to the build directory, and execute the run.sh script manually.

Lmod is automatically replacing "cce/15.0.0" with "intel/2022.2.1".
