Series status fixes

Added new series cmds, more verbose status output

• Added a 'series history' command - prints full status history
• Added a 'series cancel' command - directly cancels a series.
• Changed regular 'cancel' to really just cancel individual tests.
• Changed 'cancel' to use regular test filters.
• Changed test filters so that certain arguments can be disabled
