mdtest output is not configurable

The ior utility allows to configure both the output file -O summaryFile and the output format -O summaryFormat.

Seems that at the moment mdtest doesn't expose such configurations.

Waiting for the functionality to be implemented, I've created a simple python2/3 script to convert mdtest output to CSV format: https://github.com/ael-code/mdtest_formatter
