remove `--force=fakeroot`

Follow-up to PR #1560.

If the new --force=seccomp proves good enough, let's remove --force=fakeroot because it's so much more complicated.

If it ends up working out well can we consider making it default as well? I'd be really nice if common unprivileged build issues were avoided by default.
