Copy nvidia files into container image, optionally

Current behavior of ch-fromhost will copy special nvidia files into a deployed container. This requires that the container user understands the purpose and function of ch-fromhost. It would be convenient for DevOps teams to provision a container for a specific system which requires no further tweaks to work with a system once deployed. To achieve that, it would be good if there was an option to specify a container in the CH_IMAGE_STORAGE_DIR rather than a deployed container.
