Block keyword in HTTP query string

The HTTP query string (GET variables) are not searched for blocked keywords. There are many cases where users would want to block certain HTTP query strings. For example, using the google search engine:

Google News Search https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cancer+genomics&tbm=nws Google Video Search https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cancer+genomics&tbm=vid Standard Google Search https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=cancer+genomics

By blocking the keywords tbm=nws and tbm=vid one could block Google News and Video Search without blocking standard Google search
