NWC events are no longer sent

I have been using the damus and primal relays for nwc events and recently the events are never sent out anymore. I am using https://github.com/benthecarman/nostr-wallet-connect-lnd and what I think is happening is that events that are received after a subscription are never sent without making a new subscription, even though they were before.

AFAIK strfry hasn't changed anything that would event these events. However, relay operators can control which events they accept using plugins and other means. If you have a simple test case we could dig deeper on the implementation-side, otherwise I suggest talking with the relay operators.
