Build error on FreeBSD

uWebsockets doesn't directly have kqueue support. We'll need to use its libuv wrapper I believe.

Any update on this? I've setup some new servers to be used for relays but if I can't run strfry on FreeBSD then I'll have to settle for Linux 😓
