Easy way to get this working with Libreelec??

Open blmcevers opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

I'm no Linux expert.. I'm just an audiophile.

Is there an easy way to install this on Libreelec 9.2 Kernal (4.19.127 RPi 4)

Tried to copy files to appropriate folders and run /install.sh but got this error: " /install.sh failed at line ****....."

I tried just adding the .dtbo files (from the appropriate kernel version) to the "overlays" folder in libreelec and edit the config.txt with "dtoverlay=aoide-digi-pro".. This did not work I can usually find a dtoverly that's comparable and just edit the config.txt..

But this one is a little tougher..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Got it.

For libreelec, use the hifiberry digi pro driver edit config.txt on the sd card add: dtoverlay=hifiberry-digi-pro save it and put the sd card back in the RPi Reboot, go to audio settings and select it as the default audio source

Good to go!
