Fine-tune for my own Review Dataset

Can I again fine-tune the bert-base model using this repo for my reviews dataset? I have run the code on laptop data for finetuning the Bert for Aspect Extraction. But I want to do my own data reviews related to hospitals. Do I just need to annotate my data as the model requires? Or is there anything else?
