test out proxying for hulu/other geo-constrained services

Currently VMs are in the US, but considering moving them to Europe for lower costs. However this will probably mean some services like Hulu won't work without proxying.

A suggestion from Discord: Use a SmartDNS proxy like https://github.com/ab77/netflix-proxy which is lighter-weight than actually proxying all the traffic

Possible approaches:

  • Use something like https://github.com/m1k1o/neko-vpn to connect the vbrowser to a VPN
  • Use a Chrome extension and point it to a VPN that we set up on a unblocked cloud service
