Bright Pixels show on screen when transparent material is used

same issue, nothing seems to really fix this
I've found a solution
- Remove all Lights inside the Model (glb file)
- Modify the default HDR background to have a simple shade of grey image
This is the result (see picture)
In your example, transparent material made caustics. It was caustics from the glass.
