[Feature request]: Minimize windows at the start of breaks

What operating system are you using?

Problem description

The user is immediately returned to what they were doing after a break. With the windows minimized, the user may opt to take a longer break because all he can see is his desktop. He can manually maximize his windows when he is ready to work.

Possible solution

Minimize all windows at the start of the break.

This could be an advanced setting which is off by default.

Alternative solutions

Hi there. So I see https://github.com/nosolosoftware/win-control exists, but is 5 years old, so hard to say whether it would work.

Are you talking about playing video via browser or? When you minimize, the playback is stopped?

You're right. Videos keep playing while minimized. I deleted the part about the video pausing.

If anyone want to try to develop this, I will review the PR, ideally if suported by different OSes.
