[Bug]: Skip break button not display with different resolution monitor

What operating system are you using?

Reproduction steps

1. Connect two monitor one with 1920x1080 resolution and another with 4K, and use them in extended mode
2. Enable all monitor setting
3. Wait for next mini or long break ... Reproduces how often: [100%]

Expected Behavior

There are two possible solution for this.

1. Duplicate single monitor like UI on each monitor where each monitor show skip button and break idea
2. Show skip button & break idea on primary monitor and show chose color UI on rest of monitors

Actual Behavior

Two overlapping windows shows up but skip button is hidden.
