建议认证增加接口方式

现在认证基于shell交互，希望认证可以增加接口方式，这样bypy可以当做一个服务使用

  1. 通过API获取授权链接
  2. 通过API传递code，完成授权

即 拆分__server_auth，增加通过接口的方式，同时允许ByPy()初始化时不登陆，主动调用API登陆
