16年10月打算离开北京要选择其他城市，10月末决定来杭州，我是本科，杭州16年11月开始要求落户才可以买房了。17年6开始要求满一年社保才可以买房了。另外落户是人才引进，从开始办理算起要至少三个月才能查得到社保。我们从17年2月开始办理，6月才拿到户口。不是看房子不买，是各处要求全款，全款基本上要200多万起步。

从2016年看到2017年9月,多花了上百万,为啥不一开始去的时候就买呢,还能省上百万.不知道你怎么想的

万科北宸之光拱宸和旁边的越秀 如果买也可以但是 买万科别买越秀，越秀质量不行的。 跟未来科技城比的话如果能买最好科技城。而且越秀和万科税高 不满两年，那附近拆迁户特别多素质一般。

能分析下万科北宸之光拱宸和旁边的越秀的二手房能买吗，和未来科技城的东原之类的比呢，科技城那边大户型基本要求6成首付，差不多110平以上
