Deploy Hound on RaspberryPi

Hey folks, I love Hound and how it helps in my workflow. I think it's really helpful to have a personal hound instance running on an RPi or Intel-NUC that also runs the home server or Pihole.

I already created a repository to get Hound working with RaspberryPi on balenaCloud with auto-indexing of repositories. It's available on balenaHub as well for folks to easily deploy on a balena device.

Full disclaimer: I am employed by balena. BalenaCloud and balena itself really do make it easy to manage IoT devices. So, if folks are interested, I be happy to transfer ownership of the Hub project and the repo to you all. Regardless, I would love to contribute back instructions for folks to deploy Hound on their RaspberryPi devices as well.
