Feature - Expose Version Information

When updating the software, it is useful to have a way to check what version is currently installed. Currently, this is not possible.

The intuitive place to look for this information would be Menu > Help > About GPUpad, but it's not listed there.

Another place that would be convenient for this, would be a --version argument when running from a terminal, printing the version number and exiting the program. This is not present either.
