Review and remove any CommitChange content

During the release process, it's possible some CommitChange content, either logos, wording or urls, were missed. These need to be removed and, where appropriate, possible to set via Settings.

Settings are in config/settings.yml.

Hey @wwahammy, I think I'll take this one to work on when I have time.

From what I looked for on our code, it seems there are lots of places to review. Since it's been a long time since you created this issue, are there any details that you think I should consider that are not in the description already?
