User Unable To Change Product Identifier Settings

Current behavior

Product Identifier settings cannot be changed by user even with MERCHANDISING_ADMIN and COMMON_ADMIN permission.

Expected behavior

User with MERCHANDISING_ADMIN permission should be able to change product identifier settings.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login to the app using valid credentails. Move to settings page. Check product identifier settings card.
