Variance uncounted inventory in hard count

What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

After a hard count session is submitted, anything that was not counted should be assumed to be 0.

This means that there will not be a user created session for it. But during review the admin needs to see those items as 0 inventory and whatever variance that creates.

I think we should do the following to support this:

1. Find all product facility records that were not counted in this count
2. Add all of those to a new session that is system generated for the work effort
3. All item qty should be counted as 0 by the system user
4. Then move status to pending review for the reviewer

@dt2patel Sir, Discussed this with Anil Sir and @Chinmay2107 Sir, We're thinking of giving Admin feature of creating a session on a Completed Cycle Count under review with the ProductFacility records not counted in HARD COUNT. A view will provide such products to the Admin.

I had a discussion with the retail teams and they said they want stores to be able to view this list before they submit so they can see what they missed. Don't work on this right away, need to lock design still

@Banibrata-Manna We will run a report but not save anything to the database.

Report that shows, diff between, Products we stock at the given location (ProductFacility) and the products we have counted so far.

We've decided to add a page for the store to be able to review their count before they submit it. Here they will be able to see wha they did not count.

For hard counts, the review page will show a list of all product facility records with a greater than 0 QoH and were not counted across any session.

For directed counts, the review page will show all inventory count import items that do not have a quantity listed against them.

Before submitting for review the user will look at these products and click a button to confirm that they do not have these products. On clicking this button all items the given result set will be added to a new session with an explicit count of 0. The session will be created as the user initiating the action. This action may take a while so a progress bar should be shown to the user while this action is being performed.
