Add first scan is counted option
What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?
Right now when cycle counting with a barcode scanner, the first scan is counted as a search and the subsequent scans are counted as increments to quantity.
In the store permissions page of the admin view of cycle counts we need to add a setting where users can choose wether they want the first scan to also count as in increment to the quantity
