Loader appears incorrectly even after toast message on Launchpad.

Current behavior

Loader remains after toast message when logging into Cycle Count App with credentials lacking user permissions.

Expected behavior

Loader message should disappear and display "Back to Launchpad" button.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login to the Launchpad using valid login credentials but having no permission for App view. Try to login to the Cycle Count App. Observe the issue.

This issue is already fixed on dev and is working fine. However, it still persists on UAT as it hasn't been updated with the latest code. PR: https://github.com/hotwax/inventory-count/pull/678
